We combine photos with an overview of the problems we discovered and, more importantly, suggestions on how to correct the problems.

Infrared water leak detection can be done at the same time as mold, bacterial, asbestos and lead lab testing.

This is an example of infrared picture showing the source of a water leak:

The darkest blue in the photo above shows where water is leaking from a pipe behind this wall.

In this photo, the red area shows the exact point of water intrusion around this window.

The extent of the water damage is shown in dark blue.

The blue area inside this alcove is wet.

The purple in the photo above shows the areas of moisture behind the wall.
